Google Reader增加notes新功能

原来Google Reader可以share items
现在有增加啦share notes
这样、当通过gmail chat和gtalk加为好友后
在Google Reader里面就可以广播(miniblog)下列3种消息：
shared items、shared notes、shared items+notes
在这里可以看出IM、miniblog、SNS，和某一个主题(reader)
相互之间的的渗透和结合
